Grief and Depression

Grief and depression are distinct, yet they can overlap, especially when someone is experiencing complicated grief or a prolonged and intense grieving process.
It's important to note that grief is a natural response to loss, and not everyone who is grieving will develop clinical depression. However, in some cases, grief-related depression may occur.

Grief coaching or therapy, particularly with professionals specializing in grief and loss, can provide valuable support during this time. Please remember that you’re capable, brave and loved – even when it feels like you’re not.
